THE HEART DOESN’T ASK THE HEAD
The 17th Bulgarian Film Festival was here — and it brought emotions that couldn’t be explained by reason.
When you love, you don’t ask why. You simply go to the cinema. Even if your head whispers that you don’t have time, that you don’t know Bulgarian films, that tickets… that maybe next time.
But your heart is already seated in the auditorium.
The new visual by SVIDESIGN says exactly that. A body without a head. Because it stayed at home, while the heart set out for the love of film. Minimalist, mysterious, beautiful. Like the poetry that inspired us:
“That the heart doesn’t ask the head,
it’s a devilish little bird:
where it wants, it wanders,
where it wants, it will sing.”
All it took was watching films with an open heart. That was this year’s Bulgarian Film Festival.
